We are not affiliated with any third-party platforms or software mentioned on this site (e.g., Calendly, Instantly, Google, Meta, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archer AI is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities

  • Errors or interruptions caused by third-party tools or user misuse of our systems

Refund Policy

At Archer AI, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, done-for-you AI systems and services to help you grow your business. Because of the custom nature of our work — and the time and resources involved in setup and execution — we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

Due to the hands-on and customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has been initiated or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Custom AI agent setup

  • Email outreach systems

  • CRM/workflow integrations

  • Copywriting or funnel design

  • Onboarding or training materials

If we’ve done the work, payment is due in full.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you decide to cancel before we’ve started any setup or delivered any materials, you may request a partial refund, minus:

  • A 10% processing & project reservation fee, or

  • Any hours already spent on strategy, planning, or onboarding

To request a cancellation, email britt@archerai.com.

3. Payment Plans and Outstanding Balances

All payment plans must be completed in full as agreed. Work will not be paused or canceled mid-project due to non-payment.
We reserve the right to pause service or remove access to deliverables or tools until outstanding balances are paid.

4. Client Satisfaction

While results are not guaranteed due to the many external factors that influence performance (niche, offer, close rate, market demand, etc.), we are committed to delivering high-quality work and supporting you through the process.

If you're ever unhappy, we encourage open communication — and we’ll work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue full payment and legal action if necessary.
